Our fish leather skins, and in-stock watch bands, golf gloves, and belts, are stocked in Calgary, and can usually ship immediately.
We ship primarily via Fedex, Purolator, and Canada Post, to destinations in Canada, the U.S. and internationally. Shipping charges include handling, the fuel surcharge and insurance. Please note that Canada Post will insure packages up to a maximum of $1,000 Cdn. Canada Post and Fedex are the only carriers that are integrated with our web based payment system.
Shipping options are offered for purchases on this site, when you checkout. The actual shipping charges may differ from the figures shown when checking out, due to assumptions made for size, weight or other factors. In case the Canada Post or Fedex servers are inaccessible for rates, please contact us.
Effective June, 2008, we offer discounts off of the rates that our website retrieves from Fedex servers. The discounts are:- For packages over 10 kg., 50% off the Fedex International Priority Service only.
- For packages between 3 kg. - 10 kg., by Fedex International Priority, and any packages within Canada by Fedex Priority Overnight, 40% off.
- For packages under 3 kg., by Fedex International Priority, and any packages within Canada by Fedex Priority Overnight, 25% off.
If ordering through our website, these discounts do not show on-line, but a manual adjustment will be done before your pre-authorized transaction is post-authorized. As a general estimate, about 150 of our ruffled suede or factory seconds skins, or 125 of our glazed skins would weigh 3 kg.
Note: The shipping costs that are calculated may be inaccurate when more than 1 item is ordered. This is because the shipping calculation assumes a fixed dimensional package size, but items are usually combined into 1 package to save shipping cost. To get a more accurate estimate, for example, of shipping cost on 2 different 25 suede skin stocklots, enter a 50 suede skin stocklot first, and once the shipping cost is retrieved, remove the item from your cart. The transaction charge is always adjusted for the actual shipping cost.
If a trackable shipping service is selected, the tracking number will be emailed at the time of shipment.

We are not responsible for customs duties, taxes or brokerage fees that originate in the countries we ship to.

We will honor returned merchandise, within a 10 day period of your receiving the merchandise, provided that you obtain from us a return authorization number first. All returned items, without problems to the products, would be subject to a 15% restocking fee. COD returned orders will be refused. The customer must send all returned items prepaid and insured.
