Free North American shipping, with a $100 minimum purchase.
For shipping outside of Canada and the U.S., the following shipping credits are offered online and can be applied to any shipping option:
– Purchase between $100 – $200: receive a $25 shipping credit
– Purchase between $200 – $300: receive a $40 shipping credit
– Any purchase over $300: receive a $60 shipping credit
Our fish leather skins and end products ship from Calgary, usually ship the same day or next day.
We ship primarily via Canada Post, to destinations in Canada, the U.S. and internationally. Shipping charges include handling, the fuel surcharge and insurance.
– Canada Post will insure packages delivered to Canadian addresses up to a maximum of $5,000 CAD.
– Packages delivered to the U.S. or internationally have a maximum insurance of $1,000 CAD.
– Canada Post Tracked Packet packages have a maximum insurance of $100 CAD.
– The actual shipping charge may differ from the rates shown, particularly when more than 1 package is selected. There are assumptions made for size, weight or other factors. We usually bundle skins together to save shipping cost. If there is a discrepancy between the shipping charges shown and the actual shipping cost, the shipping charge will be adjusted to the actual shipping cost, when your pre-authorized transaction is post-authorized.
Shipment can be arranged on the customer’s Fedex, DHL or other carrier’s account, if there is a Calgary location. The tracking number will be emailed at the time of shipment.
We are not responsible for permit or license requirements, customs duties, taxes or brokerage fees that originate in the countries we ship to.

We will honor returned merchandise, within a 10 day period of your receiving the merchandise, provided that you obtain from us a return authorization number first. All returned items, without problems to the products, would be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Orders returned by COD will not be accepted. The customer must send all returned items prepaid and insured.
