Canada Post advisory (effective July 7, 2026):
Due to new EU customs requirements for low value shipments, Canada Post is temporarily suspending shipment to these European countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Portugal. Please refer to https://www.canadapost-postescanada.ca/cpc/en/our-company/news-and-media/service-alerts.page. Customers will be offered Fedex or an alternate shipper upon request.
Shipping Methods & Insurance
- Orders ship from Calgary, usually the same day or next business day, with a confirmation email and tracking number.
- Canada Post is our primary carrier for international orders; Purolator is used for shipments to the U.S.
- Free ground shipping is included on orders of 100 USD or more within Canada and to the U.S.
- We can also ship on your own carrier account and will provide all weight and size measurements.
- Canada Post insures packages within Canada up to 5,000 CAD.
- For international shipments via Canada Post, International Tracked Packet (where available) includes coverage up to 100 CAD; standard parcel services include full coverage as defined by Canada Post.
Duties, Permits & Tariff Support
Customers are responsible for any permit or license requirements, customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by their destination country.

International Shipping Credits and Coupon Codes
For orders shipped outside North America, Sea Leather Wear offers international shipping credits toward Canada Post shipping. These shipping-credit codes may be used in addition to an eligible product or category discount code.
- Orders from $100 to under $200 USD (or the equivalent in your selected currency): receive a $20 USD shipping credit — use code Intl-Shipping-Discount-20
- Orders from $200 to under $300 USD (or the equivalent in your selected currency): receive a $40 USD shipping credit — use code Intl-Shipping-Discount-40
- Orders of $300 USD or more (or the equivalent in your selected currency): receive a $60 USD shipping credit — use code Intl-Shipping-Discount-60
Product or category discount codes apply only to the specified products or categories.
Where both a product or category discount code and an international shipping-credit code apply, both codes may be entered separately in the coupon area at checkout. They will appear as separate discounts in the cart and order summary.
Returns Policy

Returns are honored within a 10 day period of your receiving the merchandise, provided that you obtain a return authorization number first. All returned items, without problems to the products, are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Orders returned by COD will not be accepted. The customer must send all returned items prepaid and insured. Returns may take up to 7 days to process from the time that the return is received.
