Shipping and Returns

Our fish leather skins, and in-stock watch bands, golf gloves, and belts, are stocked in Calgary, and can usually ship immediately.
We ship primarily via Fedex and Canada Post, to destinations in Canada, the U.S. and internationally. Shipping charges include handling, the fuel surcharge and insurance.

Please note:
Effective February, 2013, Canada Post has discontinued including insurance on Small Packet packages, and we are offering their new Tracked Packet service, which includes both tracking and insurance.
We offer discounts off of the rates that our website retrieves from Fedex servers. The discounts are: If ordering through our website, these discounts do not show on-line, but a manual adjustment will be done before your pre-authorized transaction is post-authorized. As a general estimate, about 150 of our ruffled suede or factory seconds skins, or 125 of our glazed skins would weigh 3 kg.

If a trackable shipping service is selected, the tracking number will be emailed at the time of shipment.

If you wish to use one of the other major carriers or have us ship via one of our local freight or logistics companies, please contact us for further information.
We are not responsible for customs duties, taxes or brokerage fees that originate in the countries we ship to.

We will honor returned merchandise, within a 10 day period of your receiving the merchandise, provided that you obtain from us a return authorization number first. All returned items, without problems to the products, would be subject to a 15% restocking fee. COD returned orders will be refused. The customer must send all returned items prepaid and insured.
